A contract is the primary safeguard of a relationship with a counterparty and should protect the client’s interests during times when those relationships go awry. Having experience in litigation arising from non-performance or improper performance of the Contract, we prepare “tailor-made” contracts, taking into account the individual interests of the client.
When preparing a draft contract, we think about ensuring the legal security of clients not only at the time of entering into the contract, but also in the future, in case situations arise that neither party expects at the time of entering into the contract.
