This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data by Glaw Kancelaria Adwokacka Adrianna Grzybowska (“Glaw”), when Glaw provides services, when you contact Glaw and when you visit our website https://glaw.pl.
Glaw processes the personal data of (i) potential clients interested in our services, (ii) clients for whom we provide legal assistance services, (iii) candidates participating in the recruitment process, (iv) contractors providing any products or services to Glaw (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Users”), in accordance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 and other applicable data protection laws, including, in particular, the Data Protection Act, the Law on the Bar and the Labor Code. Glaw keeps personal data confidential and secures it from unauthorized access by third parties under the terms of the aforementioned legal acts.

Glaw may also process other categories of personal data if this is necessary for the specific purpose of processing the personal data and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Purpose of personal data processing
law processes prospective customers’ data for the purpose of Glaw’s legitimate interests, i.e. for the purpose of contacting, responding to questions, requests, comments submitted, internal administrative and marketing purposes.
Glaw processes customers’ data for the purpose of entering into and performing a contract, for the purpose of performing legal obligations, in particular tax settlements, asserting or defending claims, for the purpose of realizing Glaw’s legitimate interests related to the conduct of its business, including maintaining business relations, processing payments.
The data of contractors Glaw processes for the purpose of concluding and performing the contract, for the purpose of performing legal obligations, in particular in the settlement of tax receivables and keeping financial records, for the purpose of realizing Glaw’s legitimate interests related to the conduct of business, including maintaining business relations, handling payments.
In particular, Glaw processes data of job candidates based on the candidate’s consent given in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO, and processes special category data in order to fulfill Glaw’s legal obligations as an employer.
Processing of special categories of personal data
Glaw may process personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of identifying a natural person and data concerning that person’s health, sexuality or sexual orientation, and data concerning criminal convictions and violations of the law or related security measures, only in cases expressly indicated in Articles 9 and 10 of the RODO or other specific laws.
Transfer of data to third parties
Glaw is authorized to share personal data with other entities when it has the consent of the data subject to do so.
When it is necessary for the purposes for which Glaw processes Users’ personal data, Glaw may transfer them to (i) entities authorized to receive them under the law, including courts and public administration bodies, (ii) entities processing personal data on our behalf, i.e. companies providing Glaw with certain services, the performance of which involves the processing of personal data, e.g. entities operating Glaw’s IT systems or providing Glaw with ICT tools, entities providing Glaw with consulting services.
Rights related to the processing of personal data
Users have the right, at any time, to request access to their data, rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, their transfer, as well as to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
To the extent that the processing of data is based on the fulfillment of purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by Glaw, Users have the right to object to such processing at any time. The filing of an objection will result in Glaw not being able to process personal data unless it can demonstrate the existence of valid legitimate grounds for the processing overriding the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or grounds for establishing, asserting or defending claims.
Period of processing of personal data
Personal data shall be processed for the period necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes for which the personal data were collected or the period prescribed by law.
