We participate in the process of initiating and conducting bankruptcy proceedings on the side of both debtors and creditors. We provide legal services to both domestic and foreign debtors, as well as to creditors pursuing claims against debtors in default of bankruptcy filing.

We examine the legal status of entrepreneurs in order to verify the existence of prerequisites for insolvency and the emergence of the obligation to file a bankruptcy petition.
