Corporate disputes
We have created a team that, taking into account the specifics of a given company and the prevailing relationships between its shareholders, successfully represents clients in corporate disputes. While preparing the litigation strategy in corporate disputes, at the same time we seek to use corporate mechanisms in a way that is beneficial to the client.
In addition, we are involved in the comprehensive organization and conduct of meetings of corporate bodies, including in particular general meetings of shareholders and meetings of supervisory boards.
