Restructuring
We provide support at all stages of restructuring proceedings. Choosing the right mode of restructuring enables our clients to increase the chances of a successful restructuring and reduce the risk of managerial liability.
We prepare pleadings at the stage of proceedings to open restructuring proceedings and further stages of the proceedings, including meetings of the board of creditors and creditors’ meetings. We support creditors in the event of objections to the omission or inclusion of claims in the inventory and other litigation proceedings involving the debtor or the administrator of the sanitation mass. In addition, we provide ongoing legal advice, preparing legal opinions on issues related to restructuring law in its broadest sense.
